Employer: Bremer Canada Enterprises Ltd.(o/a Bella Coola Valley Inn) Position: Full-time Line Cook Vacancy: 4 Duties: – Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. – Manage kitchen operations. – Clean kitchen and work areas. – Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. – Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary food handling practices. – Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. – Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by the dietitian or chef. – Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers. Requirement: – Completion of secondary school – 2+ years of commercial cooking experience required. Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Working Condition: 30 ~ 40 hours per week.
