No Sign up, No Email Required to Post. NOMAD Coffee & Bakery, situated in North Vancouver, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high-quality standards. Position Title Food service supervisor (NOC 62020) Terms of Employment Permanent & Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week) Start Date As soon as possible Compensation $18.50 - $20.50 per hour (depending on working experience) Overtime wage of $27.75 - $30.75 per hour if exceeds 40 hours per week Benefits 2 weeks of paid vacation per year & Tips Work location 1415 Bewicke Ave, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 3C7 Job duties • Assist in the daily operation and service of the café, working closely with management to ensure smooth functioning. • Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, overseeing their activities and ensuring they adhere to established standards. • Schedule work shifts and establish effective work procedures to optimize productivity and customer service. • Maintain accurate records of inventories, repairs, sales, and wastage to facilitate inventory management and cost control. • Conduct training sessions for new staff members, acquainting them with their roles and responsibilities, as well as providing safety procedures. • Conduct regular inspections of the drink and food counter, equipment, and food items to ensure they meet stringent quality control standards.
