Business Name: 2498621 Alberta Ltd. dba Paris Baguette Beacon Hill Business Address: 11846 Sarcee Trail NW, H111, Calgary, AB, T3R 0A1 (work location) Job Title: Baker Wage: $17.00 per hour Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week Working Duration: Full-time / Permanent Benefit: 10 days paid vacation OR 4% vacation pay Available Position: 1 Duties : • Responsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries and bread • Carrying out operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen • Baking recipes and preparing all desserts • Checking dough conditioner • Preparing all needed materials and ingredients • Responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries • Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen • Ensuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests • Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner Requirements : - Minimum 1 year of baker experience or completion of a college or other program for baking. - Completion of high school - English How to Apply: Please send your resume to us as below.
