1. Job Description * Review, Evaluate and Implement New Administrative Procedures *Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and followed and deadlines are met (Airport Authority and Tim Hortons / Brioche Doree ) *Assist Director / Managers in the preparation of operating budget, ordering and maintain inventory and budgetary controls *Prepare report to Head Office and Director (Daily Task) *Perform Date Entry for Regina Airport and Head Office *Oversee and Co-ordinate office administrative procedures *Review and Data Entry for Each Department (Daily Task) *Supervise report each store manager’s daily / Weekly report with Airport Voucher along with matching Flight Schedule report 2. Requirements - Secondary school graduation or equivalent degree - 1-2 years of relevant experience 3.
