Business Address: 11 Southampton Pkwy, Sauble Beach, ON N0H 2G0 Work Location: Same as above Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Inspect kitchens and food service areas Clean kitchen and work areas Operate specific appliances in the kitchen specific to the menu Weigh and measure ingredients for cooking Prepare sauces and garnishes for the allocated station Serve food in keeping with the standards of the establishment Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices Requirements: -Education: Completion of secondary school is required. -Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate is required. -Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling -Personal suitability: Initiative, Client focus, Accurate, Judgment, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized -Language: English is required. Transportation costs covered if worker needs to relocate. Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The work schedule is Monday to Sunday, with 1-2 days off on a rotational basis.
