Job Position: Head Cashier Job Type: Full-time Business Name: North Vancouver Bottle & Return-It Depot Wage: $22.60/hour Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Vacancy: 1 Working Location: 310 Brooksbank Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7J 2C1 Responsibilities: -Develop and manage work schedules for cashier and office staff, ensuring optimal coverage during operational hours. -Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising trends, and personnel-related matters to facilitate informed decision-making. -Organize and maintain inventory of bottles and related items, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment. -Address and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and shortages in supply, to maintain smooth operations. -Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashier, office, and volunteer staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency. -Conduct performance reviews for staff members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. -Oversee the day-to-day activities of both office and volunteer staff, ensuring adherence to operational protocols and standards.
