Benefit: 4% Vacation fee Job Duties: • Supervise and coordinate daily business considering work schedule and business trends: creating deployment plans for staff/server etc. • Ensure food and service meet the company standards: Portion, temperature, presentation, and orders etc. • Maintain and record inventory for the materials and ingredients for front of house. • Actively communicate with owner or manager for daily business. • Train staff for duties, attendance, and company standards, if needed.
