We are seeking a responsible, focused, and diligent Administrative Assistant to assist with daily administrative duties and data management. Position: Administrative Assistant Wage: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour (Depending on working experience) Working Hours: 30 hours per week Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible Position Available: 1 Benefits: 4 % vacation pay Work Location: 600- 777 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1S4 Job Duties -Schedule and confirm client meetings and employer appointments -Maintain and update client database on Excel and other spreadsheets -Respond to e-mail enquiries and requests from website. Organize and distribute incoming traditional mail. -Communicate with local colleges and language schools about program and policy updates. -Maintain, order and purchase office supplies -Proofread retainers and correspondences, prepare invoices, receive electronical payments Job Requirements -English is required -Completion of secondary school is required -2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar, or completion of a college program for administrative assistants is required.
