Proven experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics); 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets; 4. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools; 5. Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager); 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. Job Responsibilities: Reporting and Dashboards: • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of digital campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives. A/B Testing and Optimization: • Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website elements and user journeys. • Make data-driven recommendations to improve website usability, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction. Tag Management: • Manage and implement tagging strategies to ensure accurate tracking of website events and user interactions. • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement and troubleshoot tracking solutions. Collaboration: • Work closely with digital marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to align web analytics efforts with overall business goals. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve online marketing strategies and user experience. Web Data Analysis: • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data. • Interpret data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement in the online user experience.
