Food Service Supervisor needed in Windsor, Ontario Fryday's Authentic Fish & Chips Job details Location: Windsor, Ontario N8N 4B3 Salary 16.55 per hour / 30 hours weekly Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Flexible Hours, Overtime, Shift, Weekend Start date: Starts as soon as possible. Vacancies: One (1) vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: One (1) to less than seven (7) months Work setting: Food service establishment On-site customer service Fast food outlet or concession Responsibilities Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage Prepare and submit reports. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Establish work schedules. Supervision 3-4 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities.
