Position: Food Service Supervisor Term of Employment: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent) Work Location: 420 Richards Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 2Z3 Vacation Fee: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary Position Available: 2 Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Responsibilities: - Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations - Manage the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies - May direct preparation of food and beverages - Supervise & train service staff in sanitation and safety procedures, - Schedule and manage staffs shifts. - Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a food service area is needed -Completion of Secondary School -English is required How to apply: Please submit your resume by email at thepokeguy.yvr@hotmail.com Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
