Are you a motivated leader with a passion for construction project management? We're in search of a skilled individual to fill the role of Project Manager on a full-time basis. Terms of Employment: PROJECT MANAGER Permanent, full-time position Salary: $100,000 per year REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS Bonus. The Employee will be entitled to available of a bonus based on project. Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to three (3) weeks paid vacation leave per year. Expenses. Mileage and fuel expenses. Start Date: As soon as possible Location: 170-1200 West 73rd, Vancouver, BC, V6P 6G5 Employment Requirements: • University degree in civil engineering or college diploma in construction technology • Master's degree in project management preferred. • 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including roles such as construction supervisor or field superintendent. • Proficiency in software including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Sage 100, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly desirable. Duties Include: • Planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and budget • Preparation and submission of comprehensive budget estimates • Development and management of construction schedules and milestones • Negotiation of contractual agreements with various stakeholders • Implementation of quality control programs to maintain high standards • Representation of the company in negotiations related to business services and union contracts • Generation of progress reports and regular communication with clients • Facilitation of procurement processes for building materials and land acquisitions • Supervision of subcontractors and subordinate staff How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their resume via email to tatladevelopmentscareers@gmail.com Please note that phone calls will not be accepted.
