We are now hiring full-time Architect who would like to join our team. Employer: Valmon Construction Ltd. Job Title: Architect Vacancies: 2 Job Duties: - Make analysis on technical, financial, market, and operational feasibility of building projects. - Supervise the construction site to ensure the site follows the specifications. - Consult with clients and identify their needs and preferences for the building project. - Prepare sketches and models for clients. - Determine building materials and design specifications based on the client’s preferences discussed during the consultation. Job Requirements: - A bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of architecture is required. - Completion of a three-year internship under the supervision of a registered architect is required. - Completion of the architect registration examination is required. - Registration with a provincial regulatory body is required in all provinces. Working Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland, B.C. Business Address: 2425 Lynden Street, Abbotsford, BC V2T 3B9 Canada. Wage and working hours: $40.00 – $41.00 per hour and 30 – 40 hours per week.
