Imperium Capitals is a Vancouver based real estate company offer property management and building maintenance services to property owners in the Greater Vancouver area. At Imperium Capitals, we’re committed to making our customer's ownership experience stress-free while maximizing the income potential of their investment. We are currently looking for a marketing specialist to join our team. As the marketing specialist, the candidate is responsible for the following tasks: • Assess characteristics of the company’s services to evaluate effectiveness of current marketing strategies and campaigns • Analyze market trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, brand and go-to market strategies • Act as the point person for Property Management team for website updates or issues • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material • Responsible for planning both e-marketing and traditional marketing campaign. Execute plans and recommend actions to increase client engagement • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns as/when requested • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize returns • Plan and coordinate events, including seminars, networking events, live streaming etc • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide insights for continuous improvement Highlight of Qualifications • A college diploma in a related field or equivalent experience is required. • Marketing-related work experience will be an asset. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred • Excellent event planning and organizational skills. • Capable of handling tight deadlines. • Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and complete them while maintaining attention to detail. • Self-motivated and enthusiastic • Professional demeanor/ability to interact with clients • Able to work well independently with minimal supervision and direction Employment Conditions • Vacancy: 1 • Term of Employment: Permanent, Full Time • Compensation: $30 Per Hour, 30 Hours Per Week • Work Location: Unit 403A 4388 Beresford Street, Burnaby, BC, Canada, V5H 0E7 • Please forward all resumes to: imperiumcapitalsjob@gmail.com | |
