Cultus Lake Pub is located in Cultus Lake in Chilliwack and offers cozy atmosphere with variety of food and drink choices. We are currently hiring a full-time experienced cook. Employer: 1174654 Enterprises Ltd. (o/a Cultus Lake Pub) Position: Cook Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: - Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items. - Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes. - Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage. - Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed. - Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use. - Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas. - Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner. - Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders. - Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed. Requirement: -Completion of secondary school. - 2 years or more experience as a cook. - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, boiling etc. - Good communication skills. Wage and working hours: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week. Working (Business) Location: 3696 Columbia Valley Hwy. Cultus Lake, BC.
