Duties include: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervise staff Train staff Conduct performance reviews Cost products and services Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Address customers’ complaints or concerns Provide customer service Manage events Language – English Salary – $28.00/ hour (40 hours/week).
