Looking for a Cook at Hungry Guys Kitchen in downtown Vancouver, BC! Employer: Hungry Guys Kitchen Ltd. Position: Cook Position Available: 1 Job Locations – Multiple locations : • 988 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1L2 • 545 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1X6 Working Conditions: • Full-time, Permanent • Wage: $18.00~$20.00 per hour (Depending on experience) • Working hours: 30~40 hours per week • Benefits: 4% vacation pay Main duties as a Cook will include but will not be limited to: • Cook our menus and prepare the ingredients. • Maintain quality of food and consistency in speed. • Monitor and record the inventory of ingredients. • Organize backroom for the food ingredient and items for first-in/first-out, when order delivered. • Assist management with cook related tasks when needed. • Make sure the activities for food and work safety during work hours. • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant appliances and areas. • Participate in staff meetings, if needed. • Train and supervise new hired cook(s) or kitchen helper(s). • Help maintain a Zero-Tolerance bullying and harassment work environment. Requirements: • Language: English • Education: Completion of high school • Experience: At least 1~2 years of cook experience • Must be available to work holidays and at least one day on weekend.
