Job Description • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food • Recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff • Establish work schedules, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets • Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the establishment complies with health and safety regulations • Ensure food service and quality control • Handle customer complaints and queries • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage 2. Requirements • Secondary School Certificate • 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Strong communication skills (English proficiency) • Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills 3.
