Cafe Name: Viva Cafe and Bakery Job Position: Baker, Full time, Permanent Job Location: 1555 Yew St, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6K 3E5 Salary Rate and working hours: $22.50 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week Benefit: Extended Health and Dental plan after 3 month of employment Responsibilities: • Prepare baked goods such as bread, rolls, pies, pastries, muffins and biscuits from the menu • Bake and decorate high quality baked goods • Bake mixed dough and batters • Prepare dough for baked goods • Frost and decorate baked goods • Prepare pastry for special events and catering • Monitor, organize and maintain inventory • Ensure quality of products meets established standards • Draw up production schedules and train staff Qualifications: - 2 years of commercial baking experience OR completion of college or other program for baker - High School graduation or higher - Knowledge of baking equipment and techniques - Able to communicate in English If you meet all of the requirements, please send your resume by e-mail vivacafebakeryhr@yahoo.com
