Position: First Cook Wage: CAD$29.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: • Prepare and cook traditional Korean-Chinese food items including Jjamppong, Jajang, Tangsuyuk, Gochu Yuringi, and other dishes on the menus; • Prepare special house sauces; • Assist with chef in planning menus; • Oversee kitchen operations; • Train other staff with respect to food preparation. Job Requirements: • Completion of secondary school; • Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience. • Korean-Chinese food cooking experience an asset.
