o Company operating name: Omni Coating Ltd. o Business address: #31 – 7425 Woodbrook Place, Burnaby, BC, V5A 4G4 o Title of position: Foreman, cement / epoxy finishers and floor covering workers- NOC 72014 Job duties: • Co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in cement finishing, self levelling cement topping, tile setting, plastering, cement and polymer membrane waterproofing, application of epoxy and other polymer based coatings and toppings, in residential, commercial and industrial properties; • Organize work activities on site in order to perform the works in accordance with methods established by the supervisor and company manager to meet work schedules and work activities; • Participate in resolving work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; • Monitor and report materials supply and consumption; • Monitor condition of the work equipment and recommend maintenance and repair; • Notify supervisor about required materials and supplies; • Participate in training workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; • Participate in recommending personnel actions such as hirings and promotions; • Prepare information required for work progress reports; • Prepare information required for project close-out; Major work area: New construction, renovation, repairs of concrete floors and walls in public facilities (hospitals, recreational centers, restaurants, etc), industrial facilities (food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, etc) and residential facilities. o Terms of employment: Full time Permanent position o Wage - $ 34 per hour for 40 hours per week o Language- English required; o Location of work: various locations in Lower Mainland and British Columbia; o Contact information: vladimir@omnicoating.com o Skills requirements: Education: completion of secondary school Work experience: 2-3 year of experience in the trade or in the work area supervised | |
