(o/a Koya Japan) Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-time) Vacancy: 1 Wage: $20/hour Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week Working Address: 329-4820 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4P1 Canada Job Duties: -Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food -Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures -Estimate and order ingredients and supplies -Ensure food service and quality control -Address customers' complaints or concerns -Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage -Prepare and submit reports -Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres -Supervise and check assembly of trays -Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys -Establish work schedule Job Requirements: -Secondary school graduation is required. -Over 2 years of supervised experience in the food industry is required.
