1. Job Description * Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures * Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals * Establish and implement policies and procedures * Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences * Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies * Schedule and confirm appointments * Oversee development of communication strategies * Respond to employee questions and complaints * Oversee payroll administration * Maintain and manage digital database * Perform basic bookkeeping tasks * Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury 2. Requirements • Completion of Secondary School • 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English Proficiency) • Efficient interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Organized; Reliability 3.
