Urgent Hiring: Cashier at Breton Family Foods! Join our team in Edmonton, AB Canada! Employer: 1374453 Alberta Ltd. (o/a Breton Family Foods) Position: Cashier Vacancies: 1 Job Duties: - Greet customers as they enter and exit the store. - Operate cash registers, scanners, and other electronics efficiently. - Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other forms of payment. - Bag, box, or gift-wrap merchandise and assist customers with their purchases. - Resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries regarding store policies and procedures. - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. - Monitor the checkout area to provide assistance to customers if needed. - Follow all store policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges. - Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies. - Assist in stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining store appearance. - Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment. Requirements: -No education and diploma required. -Previous experience as a cashier would be an asset, but we will train! Employment Conditions: Wage: $15.00/hour. Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week. Benefits: 10 days or 4% of gross income for paid vacation annually.
