Inspired by the Blue House, the official presidential residence of South Korea, our restaurant aims to serve the highest quality of authentic Korean dishes as well as Japanese food to our customers. Every customer will enjoy an unforgettable dining experience with majestic views of Squamish. We are looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor who would like to join our team. Employer: 3 Dreams Trading Ltd. (oba Blue House Korean Buffet & Sushi) Position: Food Service Supervisor Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. - Establish work schedules and procedures. - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. - May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets. Requirement: - More than 2 years of work experience in food services is required. - Completion of secondary school. Work Conditions: - Wage: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour - Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week. - Working (Business) Location: 38005 Cleveland Avenue, Squamish, BC V8B 0C3.
