Job duties: • Prepare and cook complete meals such as pizza, pasta, souvlaki, kalamari, roast lamb. • Oversee kitchen operations • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment • Clean kitchen and work area • estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.
