We are fully serving Japanese-style cuisine in Vancouver, BC. Now we are hiring an experienced food service supervisor. Employer: Sushi Den (o/a JJ 43 Supplies Ltd.) Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor Vacancy: 1 Responsibilities: - Make sure the food and service meet the quality control standards - Keep a record of such things as the number and cost of meals served, and hours worked by employees. - Supervise staff in job duties and sanitation of the cooking areas. - Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff. - Prepare food order, ingredients and supplies required for the meal. - Respond to customer issues. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school and - 2+ years of supervisor experience in the restaurant are required. Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week and the vacation pay is 4% gross will be paid.
