Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Position Available: 2 Wage: $20 per hour Work Condition: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent) Vacation: 4% of gross salary Work Location: 895 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8 Job Duties: - Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant - Manage, schedule, assign, train and evaluate assigned restaurant staff - Ensure that food and service quality meets quality control standards, enforcing sanitation and safety standards in service areas - Resolve customer’s complaints or concerns - Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage - Prepare budgets and provide cost estimates - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or customer service OR completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management - Language: English is required - Education: Completion of Secondary School - Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres How to Apply: Send your resume by email to wonjapanese2014@gmail.com Please respond with your resume attached, those qualified will be contacted.
