1. Job Description
* Review, Evaluate and Implement New Administrative Procedures
*Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and followed and deadlines are met (Airport Authority and Tim Hortons / Brioche Doree )
*Assist Director / Managers in the preparation of operating budget, ordering and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
*Prepare report to Head Office and Director (Daily Task)
*Perform Date Entry for Regina Airport and Head Office
*Oversee and Co-ordinate office administrative procedures
*Review and Data Entry for Each Department (Daily Task)
*Supervise report each store manager’s daily / Weekly report with Airport Voucher along with matching Flight Schedule report

Requirements
*Completion of secondary school
*1-2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry
*Ability to multitask routine works under pressure and within tight deadlines
*Attention to detail and accurate focus skills
*Organization skills and Flexibility
*Strong communication skills (English Proficiency)
*Computer knowledge and skills

*Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent (30 hours per week)
*Start date: ASAP
*Wage: $28.90 per hour
