We are looking for a Head Cashier to work at Shell Gas Station located in Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan, Canada. Employer: 102004506 Saskatchewan Ltd. (o/a Paradise Hill Shell Gas Station) Position: Head Cashier Vacancy: 1 Main Job Duties: - Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring cash registers are adequately stocked with necessary supplies. -Approve and handle merchandise orders and returns efficiently. -Delegate responsibilities to staff members and create work schedules to ensure optimal coverage. -Lead and coordinate the daily activities of cashiers and other front-end employees. -Authorize cheque payments and oversee all cash transactions. -Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, cash handling, and staffing issues. -Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases. -Address and resolve issues, including customer complaints and inventory shortages, promptly and effectively. Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 1-2 years of supervisory experience in cash handling is required. Working Conditions.
