Conditions Position: Administrative Assistant Vacancy: One (1) Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent Compensation: $25.00 hourly Work hours: 40 hours per week Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay Work Location: Unit 116, 9800 McDonald Park Road, Sidney, BC V8L 5W5 Language: English Job Duties & Responsibilities • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and reply to telephone calls and messages • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations • Schedule meetings when required • Assisting in maintaining budget and audit reports • Prepare invoices, presentations, brochures, and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy • Handle all financial transactions Inflow and outflow of money by utilizing QuickBooks • Order office supplies and maintain inventory • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support regular activities of the organization by using Microsoft Excel • Other duties as assigned by the management Job Requirements • Completion of secondary school • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant is required How to Apply Please submit your resume by email at careers.yagerconstruction@gmail.com We thank everyone in advance for applications, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
