Currently, we are in the process of hiring a Kitchen Helper! Employer: 1356036 BC Ltd. (o/a Sushi Modo) Position: Kitchen Helper Vacancy: 1 Job Duties: • Place dishes in storage area • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. • Keep records of the quantities of food used. • Package take-out food • Portion and wrap foods. • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items. • Stock refrigerators and salad bars • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim food stuffs. • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. • Handle and store cleaning products • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. • Remove kitchen garbage and trash. • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Requirement: - No education and diploma required -Previous experience would be an asset, but we will train! Conditions. Wage: $17.40 / hour and 4% of vacation pay Working Condition: 30 - 40 hours a week.
