(o/a One Sushi) Position: Kitchen Helper Vacancy: 1 Job Duties: • Place dishes in storage area • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand • Keep records of the quantities of food used • Package take-out food • Portion and wrap foods • Prepare, heat and finish simple food items • Stock refrigerators and salad bars • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storageareas, appliances and equipment • Remove kitchen garbage and trash • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit Requirement: - No education and diploma required -Previous experience would be an asset, but we will train! Conditions. Wage: $15.50 - $16.00 / hour (to be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay Working Condition: 30 - 40 hours a week.
