Job Position: Retail Store Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Business Name: North Vancouver Bottle & Return-It Depot Wage: $29.00/hour Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Vacancy: 1 Working Location: 310 Brooksbank Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7J 2C1 Responsibilities: -Develop and manage work schedules for cashier and office staff, ensuring optimal coverage during all operational hours of the bottle depot. Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, bottle returns, inventory levels, and personnel-related matters to facilitate informed decision-making. Organize and maintain inventory of bottles and related items, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment to meet demand. Address and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and equipment malfunctions, to maintain smooth operations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashier, office, and volunteer staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency within the bottle depot. Conduct performance reviews for staff members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
