(dba Bellaggio Cafe) Address: 773 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC – V6Z 1S4 Salary: $23.00 per hour Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (30-40 hours per week) Benefits: 10 days paid vacation Language: English Job Location: Vancouver, BC Address: 773 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC – V6Z 1S4 Job Requirements: - Completion of high school; - Minimum 12 months of experience as a cook; - Ability to work quickly and handle high volumes; - Must have experience working in establishments offering authentic Italian cuisine; - Capacity to work well under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines for service periods; - Flexible hours – ability to fill in shifts on short notice. Job Description: - Prepare variety of pizzas, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using recipes for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment; - Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications; - Control costs by adhering to recipes, following preparation standards; - Train kitchen staff; - Maintain a sanitary kitchen by adhering to the provincial and local sanitation storage and refrigeration requirements and cleaning equipment codes; How to apply: Please send resume by email to barbarabaggio@yahoo.it | |
