Mega Sushi Restaurant in Coquitlam, BC is looking for competent Line Cooks to join our team. Position: Line Cook Number of available positions: Two (2) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Wage: $17.62 to $18.50 per hour (depending on experience) Work Hours: 30~40 hours/week Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary Benefit: Group health benefits Business Address & Job Location: #12-2662 Austin Ave., Coquitlam, BC V3K 6C4 Duties: • Prepare and cook Japanese hot food items, including Teriyaki, Donburi, Chicken Karage, Udon, etc. • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances • Supervise and train kitchen helpers with respect to food preparation • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment • Clean kitchen and work area Requirements - Completion of secondary school is required. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cooking is required. - Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods - Language: English How to apply By email: hire.megasushi@gmail.com Please send your resume via email if you are interested.
