(o/a Carmel's Laundry) Position: Retail Store Supervisor Vacancies: 1 Key Duties: -Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including cashiers and sales associates. -Ensure the store’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. -Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels. -Train and mentor new staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. -Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. -Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet store targets. -Reconcile cash tills, produce accurate financial reports, and manage transactions. Requirements: - Completion of secondary school. - 1-2 years' supervisory experience in a retail field is required. Employment Conditions: Wage: $23.10 – $25.00/hour. Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
