Camecu Holdings Inc is a construction company that develops, constructs and manages commercial and industrial real estate projects.
Camecu Holdings Inc’s extensive real estate expertise and industry relationships to create value for project investors of development of real estate projects, primarily located in the Greater Toronto Area.
We are looking for a well-experienced Executive Director that can manage and oversee the overall operation of the company.


Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the President, the Executive Director is accountable for the successful performance of the company.
• Set goals and strategies for the company and create or approve policies and programs.
• Develop their high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
• Allocate proper material, human and financial resources to implement the set organizational policies and programs.
• Approve and organize the creation of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Make sure all contractors and project managers work in sync with the highest level of efficiency.
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions such as government agencies and investors.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
• Establish financial and administrative controls.
• Create and approve promotional campaigns for the projects
• Approve overall personnel planning.
• Create and implement new branding policies and procedures to assure the projects’ appeal to the target markets.


Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• 5+ Experience in a senior management position.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
• Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
• Experience with corporate governance.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
• College certificate, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields
• Understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets


Salary: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour – 35 – 40 hours per week
