We specialize in high-quality home renovations and are committed to providing exceptional craftsmanship and service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter who is passionate about their craft and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Install and fit interior doors, windows, trim, and moldings with precision and accuracy. • Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and other woodwork according to client specifications. • Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials to fit designated spaces. • Repair or replace damaged woodwork, including trim, doors, and cabinetry. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation process. • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting both company and client expectations. • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and standards. • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their vision is realized. Qualifications: • High School Certificate • 3 to 4 years proven experience as a Finish Carpenter in residential renovations. • Proficiency with carpentry tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
