Finance officer needed for Guide Valve Ltd. 1 Vacancy Location: 51 Terecar Drive Suite 1 Woodbridge, ON L4L 0B5 Canada Duties and Responsibilities: As per NOC 12200 Accounting technicians and bookkeepers; Finance officer: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Prepare tax returns, Prepare trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts. Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, Microsoft Publisher, Spreadsheet Salary: $28.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Day Requirements / Skills: Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Accounting Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Workplace information: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
