Job Title: Exterior Painter Company: Allstar Holdings Address: Unit 100 – 220 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 0C7 Location of work: Various locations in BC Job Type: Full-time Vacancies: 2 Allstar are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Exterior Painter to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Complete all aspects of exterior painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. • Perform sealant repairs and utilize membrane technology to create durable and protective coatings. • Work at heights using swing stages, scaffolding or ariel lifts to safely access high area for painting and repairs. • Patch and restore exterior concrete surfaces, ensuring they are prepared properly before painting. • Operate various painting tools and equipment, including but not limited to sprayers, rollers, brushes, pressure washers, sanders, and other hand and power tools. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure the timely completion of projects. Qualifications: • 7 months to 1-year proven experience as an exterior painter with expertise in applying membrane technology and repairing sealants. • Strong knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and finishing techniques for exterior surfaces. • Proficient in the use of painting tools and equipment such as sprayers, rollers, brushes, sanders, and pressure washers. • Ability to restore and patch exterior concrete surfaces prior to painting. • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. • Willing to travel.
