Employer: 101191865 Saskatchewan Ltd. (o/a Arigato Sushi Restaurant) Position: Line Cook Vacancy: 2 Wage: $15.50 ~ $16.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week. Working (Business) Location: 14 Second Avenue North, Yorkton, SK S3N 1G2 Responsibilities: – Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. – Oversee kitchen operations. – Clean kitchen and work area. – Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. – Responsible for the production and have knowledge and competency of Nigiri and Sashimi. – Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. – Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary food handling practices. Requirement: – Completion of secondary school. – 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
