Our mission is to transform educational environments through Mindfulness and Tai Chi based wellness training and support. We empower educators and students to create peaceful, productive and inclusive classrooms that promote engaged learning, whole body relaxation, and a lifetime of health and well being. We’re here to revolutionize education by empowering teachers with tools to help them give to themselves so they can give to others.
