We're looking for Two(2) butcher positions whose will join with us. About Us : WRCJ Sushi Mori Restaurant Ltd. dba Skobi is sushi and Korean BBQ restaurant and we’re located at #105-19933 88 Ave. Langley Township, BC, V2Y 4K5. We uniquely provides Korean style BBQ, so, we need butcher positions to prepare the best meat cuts for various BBQ styles so that customers can eat it deliciously. Working Conditions : • Job Title : Butcher • Work location : #105-19933 88 Ave. Langley Township, BC, V2Y 4K5 • Wage - $29.00 per hour • Working hours - 30 hours per week • Employment type : Full-time / Permanent • Benefit : 10 days’ paid vacation OR 4% vacation pay • Job Opening : 2 positions • Job duties : -Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats to prepare meats in cooking form. -Responsible for coordinating with the Chef or Cook -Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery and ensure meat quality. -Cure, tenderize and preserve meats depending on menu of the week -Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount -Ensure maintenance and check supply. -Keep work area clean, neat, and organized. -May train other related staffs.
