Kingston Asian Super in Kingston, ON is looking for a competent Retail Store Supervisor. Position Available: 1 Wage: C$28.50 ~29.00 per hour Work Hours: 30 ~ 35 hours per week (full-time and permanent) Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary Work Location: Kingston, ON K7L 1B5 Language of Work: English Job Duties: ● Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and shelf stockers ● Assign cashiers to duties and prepare work schedules ● Authorize the return of merchandise ● Sell merchandise to customers ● Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, etc. ● Maintain inventory and order merchandise ● Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters ● Train or arrange for the training of new cashiers and stockers ● Perform the same duties as cashiers supervised when needed Requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school Experience: A minimum of 1 year of previous retail sales experience Language: English skills Kingston Asian Super hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
