Maintenance Worker, building Brantford Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Inc Job details Location Brantford, ON N3R 8B8 Salary 21.14 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Day, Morning, Shift Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Other benefits vacancies 6 vacancies Overview Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year On-site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment All weather conditions Work setting Automobile dealership Responsibilities Tasks Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Empty trash cans and other waste containers Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures Work with minimal supervision Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Experience and specialization Equipment Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers Polishing machines Snowblower Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Repetitive tasks Physically demanding Bending, crouching, kneeling Benefits Other benefits Team building opportunities Who can apply to this job?
