The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in expanding MicroAge Richmond’s market reach, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. This role is essential for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that communicate our commitment to delivering premium, hassle-free IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, public sector organizations, and educational institutions. Position: Marketing Coordinator NOC: 11202 Start Date: Immediate Shift(s): Full-time Wage: $34.65/hour, 35 hours/week Overtime Wage: $52.00/hour for work exceeding 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary as vacation pay Work Location: 150 - 4611 NO. 6 RD, Richmond, BC V6V 2L3 Job Duties: • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with MicroAge Richmond’s mission to deliver efficient and personalized IT solutions. • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and content creation, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, providing insights for business development. • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and presentations tailored to the needs of clients in small and medium businesses, the public sector, and educational institutions. • Manage the company’s website and ensure that content is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines. • Organize and coordinate events such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences to build relationships with potential clients and showcase MicroAge Richmond’s expertise. • Monitor marketing performance metrics and generate detailed reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Build partnerships with external vendors and collaborators to support marketing initiatives and maintain a consistent brand image. Employment Requirements: • Completion of a university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or IT services sector. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and content management systems. • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with the IT services industry and experience in B2B marketing is an asset.
