Cruise Connections is a member of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and a top Producer of Ensemble Travel Group, an association of about 1,000 travel agencies in North America. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent academic diploma/ degree • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Dynamics • Attention to detail and accuracy Job Description: • Prepare and review financial information and records; • Examine accounting records and ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control; • Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and manage invoicing and billing processes to ensure timely payment and collection of funds; • Conduct audit, assurance, and financial reporting engagements • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control; • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems and prepare financial information; • Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures; • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as needed to support financial audits and reviews.
