Business Address: 1255 Reid St 5B Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 1G1 Work Locations: Same as above Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Plan, set up and administer accounting systems Supervise staff of 3-4 people Train staff Arrange training for staff Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control. Prepare financial statements and reports Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices Act or other statutory requirements Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure Prepare income tax returns from accounting records Analyze financial documents and reports Examine accounting records Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Oversee payroll administration Requirements Education: Completion of College is required Experience: 30 months of on-the-job training or 3 years of proven experience on the field is required. Alternatively, being eligible to obtain a license from Chartered Professional Accountants from Ontario upon completion of evaluation is also required. Ability to supervise at least 4 people.
