Job Title: Cook Vacancy: 2 Employer Name: Hamaei Restaurant Ltd. Working Location: 2601 Westview Dr, North Vancouver, BC V7N 3X3 Canada. Wage: $28.85 - $29.00 per hour and 4% of the gross income for paidvacation per year. Work Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week. Start date of Employment: a.s.a.p <Job Duties> - Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes and foods. - Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies and intolerances. - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. - Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. - Inspect kitchens and food services areas. - Clean kitchen and workstation. - Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food. - Order supplies and equipment. <Requirements> - Education: secondary (high) school graduation certificate. - Experience: 2+ years of cooking experience or completion of another program in cooking. - Japanese-style food cooking experience could be an asset.
